We are starting a late spring bite.  Actually the fishermen staying here did well on Thursday night and had a fish fry.  Then we got a foot of snow with blizzard conditions.  It was just gorgeous seeing people fishing off the docks and the boats during the blizzard.  The not-so-gorgeous side is the fish quit biting thru the blizzard. 

The sun is out today and the wind has been staying pretty light. We do expect the bite to start again within the next couple of days.

I hope you will consider coming & trying our lakes.  If you would like a fast start on getting to know the area, I suggest you try my guide Gary for at least one day.  You will be very impressed.  Also, we carry maps at the resort and can point you in the right direction.
